There are many great golf balls out there, and the difference between them is much more than a brand name. Every golf ball leverages different technology and strategies to improve feel, performance, and aesthetics for different situations. Some are made to be great all-around balls, whereas some are meant to make things a bit easier off the tee or on the green.

To find out which ball is right for you, we have written a golf ball fitting quiz. To take the quiz, simply select your answer to each question, and add up your answers’ numerical values together. At the bottom, we will have golf ball recommendations based on the sum of your answers.

What is Your Experience Level or Handicap?
  1. I have been playing casually for 0-2 years, I don’t carry a handicap
  2. I have been playing for a couple of years, but don’t carry a handicap/carry a high handicap
  3. I have been playing for over 2 years and carry a mid-high handicap
  4. I am a very experienced golfer/I carry a mid-low handicap
What is Your Typical Full-Swing Shot Trajectory?
  1. Low, shorter shots that roll but don’t carry far– high shots usually slice
  2. I can get it up in the air, but don’t carry as far as those around me
  3. I can work my shots to different heights and fade or draw depending on what I need to hit
  4. I hit high launch with low spin, and am looking to decrease my spin on medium/long shots as much as possible without hurting my chip shots
